When most people think of an elevator pitch the American business reality show ‘Shark Tank’ probably comes to mind. You have the opportunity of a lifetime to grow your brand and this is when you BETTER get it right.
At least, that’s how it feels.
Start practicing what you would say if you only had 30 seconds (the length of an elevator ride) to sell your business to an angel investor.
Place yourself in that scenario mentally, so when it happens you’ll be totally impressed with yourself.

Are you selling a product or service online? If so listen up.
Your main priorities with social media marketing should be:
• Only posting your best photos
• Creating content to where people feel compelled to message you • CTAs (Call To Actions) that triggers an emotional response
Likes do not equate to more money.

Your inbox should be active with questions and order requests.
Your website link should be included in your marketing posts.

Last year I wrote an article on my blog on why some peoples businesses weren’t successful. I thought it was too direct but to my surprise it end up getting a decent amount of views.
As I’ve mentioned before, social media makes starting a business look easy. And I’ve seen people who believed the hype then became frustrated when things didn’t work out.
Two things I’ll share with you:
Just because you sell a product, launch a website, that doesn’t mean people are going to automatically buy from you. Trendy articles about specific demographics having success should not be your sole motivation for starting a business.
I pride myself in being a realist. It’s helped me in many areas of life and business. My goal is to help others win before they fail.
