5 Ways To Stay Ahead Of Your Competition

What are you doing to stay ahead of the game? Knowing what your customers want means also knowing what other (similar) brands they compare you to when shopping.

Here are a few questions to help you advance in your market:

  1. Who is the top (richest) brand in your niche? (Take notes from them.)
  2. What does your local competitor do to promote? (Are they collaborating around town?)
  3. Do you want to stay a small business or do you wish to become a household name? (Either answer is fine!)

9 Reasons Why Your Business Isn’t Successful

Last year I wrote an article on my blog on why some peoples businesses weren’t successful. I thought it was too direct but to my surprise it end up getting a decent amount of views.

As I’ve mentioned before, social media makes starting a business look easy. And I’ve seen people who believed the hype then became frustrated when things didn’t work out.

Two things I’ll share with you:

  1. Just because you sell a product, launch a website, that doesn’t mean people are going to automatically buy from you.
  2. Trendy articles about specific demographics having success should not be your sole motivation for starting a business.

I pride myself in being a realist. It’s helped me in many areas of life and business. My goal is to help others win before they fail.

Sincerely,
